Dr. Francis Owoh established SAFETY ENVIRONMENTAL CO. OF N.Y. INC. in 1991. He has a B.S. and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering, as well as a Ph.D. in Safety Engineering. Safety Environmental Inc. is dedicated to achieving client goals while performing quality work in our operational planning. Our goal is to complete projects ahead of schedule and within budget.
